Uploaded vehicle documents are processed solely for business purposes. OCR extraction is automated; sensitive fields may be masked or excluded. Documents are stored securely and never shared with third parties without consent.

  • payment processors (for billing),

  • identity verification providers (for partner onboarding),

  • logistics and service partners (only when selected by the Customer),

  • legal authorities when required.

We do not sell or trade customer data.

5. International Data Transfers

As a U.S.‑based company serving EU customers, data may be processed in the United States. We apply industry‑standard safeguards to protect cross‑border data transfers.

6. Security

We use encryption, secure authentication, role‑based access, and monitored infrastructure to protect data. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

7. Data Retention

We retain data as long as necessary for business operations, legal compliance or account activity. Customers may request deletion of certain data where legally permitted.

8. Customer Rights (GDPR / International)

Customers may request:

  • access to stored data,

  • correction of inaccurate data,

  • deletion of eligible data,

TERMS OF SERVICE (CarVinsight LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the CarVinsight platform (“Service”), operated by CarVinsight LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you (“Customer”, “Dealer”, “Partner”) agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

CarVinsight is a cloud‑based business platform for automotive dealers and service providers. The Service includes:

  • European vehicle search and import cost calculation

  • Market valuation tools (quick valuation, inventory valuation, trade‑in valuation)

  • Inventory management and nightly price monitoring

  • Partner marketplace for logistics, repair, cosmetic and technical services

  • Document processing (including OCR for vehicle registration documents)

  • Subscription management and billing

  • Knowledge base and support services

The Service is available exclusively to registered businesses with a valid tax number.

2. Accounts and Access

Customers must provide accurate company information during registration. Accounts may not be shared or transferred. CarVinsight reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

CarVinsight offers subscription plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) billed through a certified third‑party payment processor. All payments are final for the billing period. Customers may upgrade or cancel their subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Usage‑based fees (searches, valuations, inventory monitoring) apply according to the selected plan.

4. Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to:

  • misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access,

  • reverse engineer, copy or redistribute platform data,

  • use automated tools to scrape or overload the system,

  • upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content,

  • impersonate other businesses or individuals.

CarVinsight may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Data Accuracy and Limitations

Market valuations, price estimates and import calculations are informational tools. CarVinsight does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or financial outcome of any valuation or calculation. Customers remain responsible for their business decisions.

6. Third‑Party Services

The platform integrates external data sources, payment processors, logistics partners and verification services. CarVinsight is not responsible for the performance or policies of third‑party providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, algorithms, designs, documentation and trademarks are the property of CarVinsight LLC. Customers receive a non‑exclusive, revocable license to use the Service.

8. Termination

CarVinsight may terminate or restrict access if a Customer violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or harmful activity. Customers may terminate their account at any time.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarVinsight LLC is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages,

  • business losses,

  • lost profits,

  • data inaccuracies from external sources,

  • downtime caused by maintenance or third‑party services.

The Service is provided “as is”.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and applicable international regulations.
